- Contact a preferred service centre with your AMI policy number to book an appointment, as soon as practicable, within 90 days of the occurrence.
- If the damage is deemed repairable, pay the $25 repair deductible. If the damage is not repairable, pay the $50 replacement deductible.
- If you are traveling and cannot attend a preferred service center for necessary repairs and/or replacements, your vehicle must be undriveable due to impaired vision or a missing piece of glass, please contact your issuing broker or AMI for the correct procedures to follow.
- The Insured has the right to choose a service provider. If you want to use your own service provider please contact AMI directly for the correct steps to take.
