How to make a claim.

Claims Procedures

  1. Go to an Approved Service Centre (glass shop).
  2. The damage will be repaired if possible (saves you money and keeps AMI premiums low), otherwise the glass will be replaced.
  3. Pay the deductible (repair $25, replace $50).

If you are travelling outside the areas supported by our Approved Service Centres (glass shop), and glass damage is impairing your vision or a piece of glass is missing, contact your insurance provider or AMI directly for procedures to follow.
