How to make a claim.
- Go to an Approved Service Centre (glass shop).
- The damage will be repaired if possible (saves you money and keeps AMI premiums low), otherwise the glass will be replaced.
- Pay the deductible (repair $25, replace $50).
If you are travelling outside the areas supported by our Approved Service Centres (glass shop), and glass damage is impairing your vision or a piece of glass is missing, contact your insurance provider or AMI directly for procedures to follow.
